representatives from the POS Help Desk to answer questions about their
point-of-sale (POS) processing equipment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in
more than 140 languages and dialects.
New Cardservice merchants can call the Help Desk for training instructions and
assistance to operate their POS processing equipment, and all merchants can
call when they need a terminal downloaded with a processing application.
When merchants encounter a terminal challenge, the Help Desk troubleshoots the
issue and, in most instances, can fix it over the telephone. If necessary, the
POS representative sends replacement equipment the same day.
